Time
Deadlines, urgency, and the feeling that there is never enough of it.
Our mission is to help growing companies increase their impact on their teams. We develop leadership teams to create, and keep improving, a culture their people choose to stay in.
Every human being has a reason behind what they do. Along the way, the pressure of life and business buries that compass, and we lose sight of our Why.
THRYVE helps each leader reconnect with it and put it into their own words. From there, the leader defines the value they want to create for themselves and for their teams. We don’t decide who you should become. We guide you as you do it, in your own way.
The reason behind what you do, and the compass that pressure makes you lose.
Experiential work, using modern techniques, that brings your compass back.
Defined by you, in your own words, true to your character.
We help each leader turn their own Why into value.
Not to teach people or change them, but to let them thrive and shine in their own way.
Most leadership problems don’t come from a lack of skill. They appear when pressure changes the way a leader behaves. The Pressure Layer method shows which pressure is shaping your behaviour, and gives you a concrete move to make.
Deadlines, urgency, and the feeling that there is never enough of it.
Too much, too little, or conflicting data when a decision has to be made.
Tension, conflict and personal triggers that take over the response.
What is on the line: results, reputation, money and people.
Identify which Pressure Layer is driving your leadership behaviour.
See how it shows up in your decisions, conversations and team.
Reflect on what sits underneath, and reconnect with your Why.
Take action with your Monday Move: one concrete step for the start of the week.
